The ideal candidate must have a safety mindset. They should be committed to creating a vibrant climate of inclusiveness that values diverse individuals, and groups on campus. Experience working in a machine shop or digital fabrication lab is valuable, however any applicant with a strong desire to learn and ensure the safety of their fellow students is encouraged to apply. Candidates must be dependable and possess the ability to work independently within a defined priority structure. Please note that all new student employees are required to complete the Student Employment Application as well as an I-9 Verification. It is reccomended that all applicants review the Supporting Documention requirements to insure they have them readily available should they be offered the position. |
