SafeHouse Center serves survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault in Washtenaw County. The organization is looking for an organized, efficient and flexible work-study student to assist with volunteer and community engagement program. Duties may include data entry, making calls to volunteers or cold calls, organizing/filing, creating or updating power-points, event planning, setting up event areas, helping with online newsletters and potential presentations of volunteer opportunities. The student will moderate the annual virtual and in-person trainings and events with the supervisor. 

Work-study student must have daily transportation, be willing to pick up shopping orders for events in personal vehicle and flyer in the Washtenaw county area. Students must assist in CORE training, date are TBD.  In-person is required. Due to background checks, applicants must have social security number. A full school year is preferred.
