The Science Learning Center (SLC) supports approximately 2,000 students each semester through its Peer-Led Study Group Program. We are seeking a graduate student for a hybrid role that combines in-person and remote responsibilities. This position will provide in-person support to 150–200 undergraduate Study Group Peer Facilitators at least two evenings per week (Monday–Thursday, 4:00–7:00 p.m.), while also contributing remotely to the program’s administrative operations. Based on the time of the semester, you will be responsible for: Student Support & Program EngagementProvide in-person support to undergraduate Study Group Facilitators at least two days per week (Monday–Thursday, 4–7 PM, Chemistry Building, Ann Arbor campus), with additional flexible hybrid hours up to 20 hours per week. Participate in observations of Study Group sessions Mentor student staff project groups to support their progress and completion
Operations & AdministrationReview corrections to facilitator time reporting and payroll errors Coordinate and distribute weekly announcements Schedule meetings on the student staff calendar, including sending invitations and tracking follow-ups
