Job Description

Assist in IT support for Biomedical Engineering. This primarily consists of troubleshooting and resolving software & hardware issues and installing software & hardware.

Job Requirements
General requirements:
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiar with Windows & Mac
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (primarily Word & Excel)
- Familiar with computer networking
- Nice to have familiarity with Ubuntu & RedHat

Education Requirements:
- Freshman or Sophomore in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Employment Preferences:
- 1+ years in computer support (nice to have, not required)
Hourly Rate $18.00/hour
Hours 10.0 to 20.0 hours per week
Time Frame Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer
