The ArtEngine Student Videographer will be responsible for the production of short videos to support and promote the work of ArtsEngine and a range of student and faculty interdisciplinary projects on the U-M campus - and beyond!

Duties include:

• Preparation for and execution of short videos and other multimedia projects
• Creation of video shooting schedules and video storyboards or scripts
• Video, sound and video editing
• Communicating, scheduling and interacting with video subjects (students, faculty and staff)
• Maintenance of video equipment
• Interfacing with ArtsEngine marketing and program staff for completion and distribution of video projects

Strong videography skills/experience; good experience with video editing software packages (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc); excellent written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and creatively; interest in the arts and in interdisciplinary work; interest in learning more about people and their creative endeavors. Most work will occur shooting at various locations across campus.
