Job Description

Michigan Hillel is seeking 1 work-study student for in-person database support and program support.

Database support will be in our development department consisting of data entry and editing import lists.

You may assist in other general office tasks or requested duties at hand. Attention to detail and computer profiency is required.

Positions are in-person and will occur at the Hillel building (1429 Hill Street), offering 10-12 hours per week each, which must be completed any days between Monday through Friday during our office hours of 9am to 5pm. Must be work-study eligible.

Educational Value

This experience will be invaluable for any student who will work in computer science, management or an office environment. Students will learn administrative aspects of a non profit team.

Job Requirements

Students must be proficient on Mac computers, Word, and Excel - as well as Google Docs and Sheets. Excellent typing skills. Students should be dependable and commited to the position for their allotted weekly schedules. Perfect candidates are self-starters with a positive attitude and have good interpersonal skills.
