Duties include, but are not limited to:
Attending staff training and meetings, as required
Assisting staff with a variety of tasks
Event management assistance
Able to communicate on the phone in a courteous, polite manner
Basic data entry and report assistance
Perform general office work
Communicate with clients to assist with their initial event scheduling.
This position will have shifts in two buildings - the League and the Unions. Applicants must be flexible in scheduling between these two locations.
Learn sales, customer service, problem solving, marketing, time-management, working on a team, organization, event planning.
Friendly, responsible, personable, service-oriented attitude
Previous customer service experience preferred – not required
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
Able to problem-solve in a patient and calm manner
Proficient and effective oral and interpersonal communication
Willing to work as part of a team
Valid US Driver’s License – Only required for Van Drivers
