Job Description

Work with the superintendent and greenskeepers to provide exceptional golf experiences to the University of Michigan community. While working as a team, Radrick groundskeepers will complete daily maintenance tasks and upkeep to provide championship level playing conditions. Radrick groundskeepers will also assist in the continuation of other items that are vital to Radrick's purpose and success; property safety, collaboration with other areas of the University, environmental stewardship efforts and continuous improvement projects. 

Educational Value

Individual will gain valuable teamwork experience as they work to complete daily maintenance tasks as well as larger projects. Gain knowledge on how Radrick's purpose shapes it's business model and how Radrick fits within the University as a whole. Learn how communication & teamwork between different areas of the operation is vital to success as a whole, i.e., the clubhouse and maintenance teams. Will learn various maintenance skills, as well as how to use large & small maintenance equipment. If interested the individual may also learn about and help continue to grow Radrick's environmental stewardship. 

Job Requirements

The ability to start work early throughout the summer months, 6am. The ability to lift 25lbs. A driver's license is required to operate golf carts & other maintenance equipment. Reliable transportation as Radrick is located 10 minutes from central campus. 

Hourly Rate $16.00/hour to $17.00/hour
Hours 15.0 to 29.0 hours per week
