Job Description: The School of Public Health is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Student Coordinator to work with the Director of Online Learning. Responsibilities and requirements are listed below. Training will be provided. This is a remote position. Job Duties Include: Proofreading and Editing: Ensure accuracy and professionalism by reviewing course materials (syllabi, videos, quizzes, assignments) for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of assignment instructions for clarity and functionality and prepare detailed quality control reports for each course Style Guide Updates: Maintain and update the course style guide as needed to ensure uniformity across courses Logistical Support: Assist with preparing and mailing materials to online students Data Management: Collect, organize, and summarize data as requested Onboarding Assistance: Prepare onboarding documentation for new instructors Accreditation Support: Help gather and organize program materials needed for accreditation purposes Survey Development: Assist in creating and distributing surveys as needed
