Graduate intern advisors will learn to advise student organizations, develop mentoring relationships, assist groups in understanding campus policies, plan a wide range of on-campus programs, conduct assessment and evaluation, and create a series of learning and development opportunities for students. Additionally, interns will work in a setting that prioritizes fostering community on campus. CCI is an exciting office with a high volume of direct student interaction and relationship-building. There are opportunities to be involved with many different programs, projects, and events, which allow interns flexibility to customize their internship experience to meet their personal and professional developmental goals. It is a unique department with a focus on building a strong community on campus. |
