Job Description

Michigan Dining is looking for students to join our team providing database and communication support. A successful candidate will be motivated, self-disciplined, energetic, and capable of operating independently. Candidates for this position will have some experience with data entry and should be comfortable with Microsoft Office and G Suite products. Technical expertise is not required, as long as a candidate demonstrates critical thinking, logical problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

 

 Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate information in MDining databases

  • Communicate with potential visitors to MDining locations

  • Basic office support functions

  • Basic data entry in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Produce price analysis reports

Job Requirements

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Able to work a minimum of 10 hours weekly
  • Available for both fall and winter semesters

  • Experience with basic data entry
  • Available during spring and summer semesters
