The Program Assistant supports the Office of Continuing Education at the School of Social Work with administration and delivery of continuing education programs for social workers and other professionals. Tasks relate to data management, survey distribution, phone and email based customer service, designing online course sites, and other tasks as assigned. Accessibility-related responsibilities include reviewing and editing captions, creating descriptive transcripts, and other accessibility related tasks for continuing education courses. Other projects relevant to continuing education courses will be assigned when accessibility-related projects may not be available. Training and guidance will be provided for those with no previous experience, and some work may be completed remotely. |
