Michigan Union Ticket Office (MUTO) handles ticketing for many on- and off-campus concerts and events facilitated by student groups, concert promoters, and other sponsoring organizations. Duties include utilizing ticketing software to sell tickets to customers at the counter and over the phone, handing out will call tickets, staffing shows around the U of M campus, answering customer questions, and a variety of other tasks related to office management and maintenance, training, and customer service. MUTO is part of The Center for Campus Involvement (CCI) which is a dynamic, student-focused department that serves all undergraduate and graduate students through student programs, student services, and student development. Through meaningful involvement, CCI creates transformative experiences, a vibrant community, and lifelong memories for University of Michigan students. Additional units apart of CCI include: Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) and Student Theater Arts Complex (STAC). University Unions is an organizational unit within Student Life which offers services, programs, spaces and student involvement opportunities within the Michigan League, Michigan Union and Pierpont Commons. |
