Job Description

I NEED A NEW ASSISTANT FOR MY BUSINESS CAPABLE OF PHYSICAL LABOR AND CAN MOVE HEAVY OBJECT 75-100OLBS.

I am a U-M Alumnus BSChE that is in my 29th year as a small business owner. I have 2 personal homes rented to individuals - Mostly U-M Grad/PhD students, and I am a licensed and insured Residential Builder in Michigan that has focused on building a premium “handyman”/repair service. I have made about 160,000+ repairs and improvements/8000+ service calls in the Ann Arbor area. I am looking for a new assistant to help me out. I pay $14.50 - $17.00 per hour based on your value, plus a bonus, plus a free $10 meal when you put in at least a 4-hour workday (If we work longer, I will not send someone home hungry.) The first raise is possible after 30-day trial period. I need someone that can reliably show up on their own, but I am willing to provide transportation back to campus at the end of the workday. I have already employed about 90 Michigan students in the last 26+ years, so I am extremely student-friendly. (Annually, I have played as many as 8-12 IM Sports and participated in 6-9 undergraduate student clubs) Check out my website for more details of what I do www.HelpMeCLE.com. I will train. The person will contribute to my business by doing simple minor tasks like painting, raking leaves, running for/holding/handing me my tools when in the field at customers’ houses, shopping online and in stores – pushing my cart, doing internet product research, and offering opinions. Basically, I can find a use for any viable skill a person has. Even though I am in a construction-type business the work I ask of my helper is rarely that rigorous, but I am 6' 3" 230lbs and occasionally I need a partner to help me move heavy objects. Contact me directly for more details. 734-368-0114 Robert@HelpMeCLE.com 1421 W. Huron St. Ann Arbor, MI 48103
