This will be an assignment-based internship, no more than 10 hours per week. More likely 3 to 4 hours per week a couple times a semester depending on progress with the specific development. The internship will involve applying a cottage housing/pocket neighborhood/new urbanism design concept that exist in prototype form now, to a specific site for a development analysis.

Ability to use Sketch-Up, and modify an existing site plan designed in Sketch-up, adjusting to configure to the dimensions and contours of a specific parcel.
