The lab develops, implements, and evaluates community-based research on job-readiness programs to improve academic, career, employment, mental health, and justice-related outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Our lab also publishes findings in peer-reviewed journals, and engages with educational, vocational, and rehabilitation organizations on local, national, and international levels. We foster a collaborative learning environment where all team members strengthen their expertise through regular team meetings and respectful dialogues. We are seeking a Student Research Assistant to support our ongoing research projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and community engagement while contributing to meaningful work in disability inclusion. |
