Expectations of Facilitators: Attend trainings and professional development programs Attend weekly facilitator meetings Attend biweekly supervision with co-coordinator and program manager. Facilitate at least 2 workshops per week (negotiable based on availability). Workshop facilitation includes preparation and debriefing with PEAR/SAPAC co-facilitators. Conduct assessment and evaluation tools after completion of workshop to assess for integrity and fidelity of the program. During the fall semester, facilitators will have the opportunity to reflect and review the ERC curriculum to provide critical input during the development stage.
