Duties and responsibilities: Curriculum Support (50%): Assist in organizing and coordinating program activities, such as the Community Based Research Project and Saturday Community Service events. Provide logistical support during Mondays, Wednesdays (half-day), and Fridays. Assist in the preparation and distribution of program materials, including newsletters and presentations. Provide feedback on student materials submitted via Canvas and assist with weekly check-ins. Social Media (25%): Assist with collecting and analyzing data for quality improvement for the Michigan FPHLP Team. Participate in developing outreach and marketing materials to engage with Alumni and present findings and recommendations for the program. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, infographics, and more. Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction. Administrative (20%): Provide general administrative support, including collecting and distributing daily mail, data entry, and cleaning. Assist with event planning including arranging catering and logistics. Assist staff with proofreading, editing, sorting, and preparing documents. Assist with the coordination of a summer book club. Other (5%): Other duties as assigned |
