The main tasks of this position will be to develop a large bank of multiple-choice, thought-provoking trivia questions that engage individuals on how to best reduce their environmental footprint, along with links to deeper dive explanations based on scientific evidence.  These questions will be based on the collection of Center for Sustainable Systems factsheets, along with additional research generated through the Center for Sustainable Systems and general principles from the sustainability science community.  

The purpose of the tasks is to help translate life cycle assessment findings to the broader public and tackle common environmental misperceptions on a range of issues. 
 
Educational Value

You will develop greater expertise in the environmental impacts of products and the relative impacts of different pro-environmental behaviors.

Job Requirements
  • Graduate-level standing
  • Some experience working with life cycle assessment concepts and results
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Interest in creatively communicating scientific results
Hourly Rate $20.00/hour
Hours 20.0 hours per week
