Finance Fellow Winter/Summer 2025 Student Fellowship Program Center for Academic Innovation Deadline to apply: Ongoing, however, first consideration will be given to those who apply by Wednesday, March 26, 2025 Location: 317 Maynard St., Ann, Arbor, MI 48104 (75% in-person fellowship experience) Pay Rate: Undergraduate $17/hr, Master’s $20/hr Job Duration: Supervisor: Wanlada Ault (mamault@umich.edu) Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for well-rounded, driven, and creative fellows to work closely with the CAI Financial Specialists to complete financial transactional work at CAI. Ideal candidates should demonstrate an ability to work well in a team environment, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and great responsibility. What You’ll Do: Collect previous years’ financial information related to CAI initiatives, such as faculty stipends, initial development costs, etc. Prepare monthly budget reports for CAI domains/units. Assist with payment request submission to the UM Shared Services Center (SSC), such as honoraria payment, guest/student reimbursement payment, or processing an M-marketsite shopping cart. Assist with quarterly MOOC royalty payment calculation (cost calculation and entering those costs in the tracker). Assist with urgent projects or assignments if needed.
