This position is responsible for assisting with event and facility operations, and providing on-site support during internal and external events at Canham Natatorium and the Indoor Training Center. We are looking for indivudals who are looking for a summer job.

• Varied schedule required, including nights and weekends.

• Weekends and holidays are expected based on the event schedule.

• Perform quality control checks prior, during and after events. 

• Execute proper opening and closing procedures during internal and external events.

• Provide on-site audio and visual support for rentals and events.

• Set-up and tear-down equipment and/or furniture for rentals and events.

• Assist with coordination of loading and unloading for events

• Act as the point of contact between the event coordinator and Facility/Event Manager. 

• Other duties as assigned by Facility Managers and Athletics Facilities Staff.

Must be willing to work weekends.

Must be willing to work evenings.
