The Electric Vehicle Center (EVC) is hiring a student Project Coordinator to strategically manage and align the efforts of faculty and students on projects pertaining to our Education pillar. This role plays a vital part in enhancing experiential learning opportunities for engineering students, safety training, curriculum development, and technical projects. The position is for approximately 20-25 hours in Spring/Summer 2025, with the possibility to extend the position depending on project needs. The role is primarily in-person.

You will:

• Coordinate and lead meetings to ensure the timely execution and consistent delivery of both technical and educational projects.
• Organize and manage project teams of faculty, staff, and students to encourage meaningful input and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Track project progress, outcomes, and impacts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of technical training and hands-on project experiences.
