The position involves weekly check-ins with CTWs, supporting program design and logistics, maintaining outreach and activity tracking tools, and helping sustain program momentum. The student will work closely with the faculty lead and CTWs, with occasional community engagement. Responsibilities:Supporting the weekly coordination and check-ins with CTWs Helping design and implement programming that CTWs can work on Tracking CTW activities (e.g., maintaining Google Forms, documentation, outreach materials) Assisting with logistical follow-through (e.g., flyers, outreach, workshop planning) Doing light forward-planning to help keep momentum and sustained engagement in the program Occasionally supporting light community engagement, but primarily working behind the scenes
