The Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) seeks a Teaching Assistant to support the Summer 2025 STEM Jumpstart I-Corps course. This non-credit course is hosted by the Great Lakes I-Corps Hub, a collaboration of 16 universities in the Great Lakes Region. The Teaching Assistant role supports the teaching team of 3 instructors. Cohorts comprise approximately 18-23 teams with about 50 total participants. The NSF I-Corps Hub: Great Lakes Region aims to spur innovation, collaboration, and economic impact. Supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation, the Hub is a regional alliance of educational institutions and other partners that educate, support, and connect academic researchers to the entrepreneurial ecosystem across the region. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the Zoom logistics for all course sessions and pre-brief/debrief meetings, including but not limited to waiting rooms, breakout rooms, polls, recording, enabling live transcription, etc. Update the Google Drive course folders with Zoom links, instructor information, assignment deadlines, Zoom recordings, session slide decks, etc. Organize class assignments and participant access to Google Drive Oversee instructor communication on Slack (or another communication method) and ensure resources are available in Google Drive Track attendance and assignment completion Communicate with the teams before and after every course session and answer logistical questions about Zoom and Google Drive Review course session slide decks to ensure accuracy Administer pre and post-surveys to participants Other related duties as assigned
