The Maintenance Services team is looking for student hires interested in playing a role in modernizing the University Key Management Systems. These roles will report directly to the Maintenance Services Key Office Supervisor, while collaborating closely with other Departments to implement modernization objectives. The primary duties include: (1) Reviewing, digitizing, and disposing of unneeded historical paper records. (2) Supporting building audits and customer-centric planning for future key systems, including creation of key management plans. (3) Learning to use features in the AiM Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to assist in asset data collection of door systems and locking hardware. (4) Learning to use SimpleK Key Management software and supporting record migration and Active Directory, GIS, and EDMS integration objectives. (5) Assist in the coordination and set-up of collaboration events with Key Office-supported customers. (6) Other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Services management team. |
