As a Rehabilitation Associate at TheraSupport, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for individuals receiving services. You’ll play a key role in helping participants maintain their routines and reach their personal goals by providing assistance with:

• Medication reminders and administration

• Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Companionship and meaningful engagement in daily life

• Encouraging community involvement and independence

Additional responsibilities include:

• Clearly and accurately documenting services and observations

• Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of participants

• Working collaboratively with team members

• Demonstrating professionalism, dependability, and compassion in all interactions

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Age 18 or older (must be 20 to drive company vehicle)

• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems effectively
Hours 10.0 to 20.0 hours per week
Compensation $15.00/hour to $17.00/hour
