Customer service and administrative (computer-based) work assisting with processing student organization room requests and occasional A/V service requests. Support with processing requests in our ticketing system (TeamDynamix), and any related administrative work.
Student Employees gain valuable administrative and customer service skills; learn how to work independently and on a team; and learn about various resources supporting technology and instruction at the University of Michigan. Students gain leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Student Employees must be reliable, self-sufficient, enthusiastic, willing to learn new skills, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Google Applications.
