Job description The University Outreach Program Assistant position supports the MBGNA University Outreach and Education team, which focuses on outreach and engagement with university learners. This position will regularly interact with a broad range of U-M students, faculty, and staff at various site locations. Support students’ curricular and co-curricular experiences at MBGNA, assisting with onsite event support for educational programing, including student organizations and class visits. Provide operational and educational support, and other onsite program coordination. This includes: preparing event space before and after the program, facilitating student check-in and participation, and supporting onsite co-facilitators. Represent MBGNA at outreach events throughout our campus community at fairs, festivals, symposium, and other student outreach events. This includes: coordinating event arrival and set up, communicating with a broad range of university communities, and promoting opportunities to engage with MBGNA educational programs. |
