Job Description: This Data Entry Assistant position at the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT) will provide support for data entry tasks on Salesforce and spreadsheet maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry tasks on Salesforce

  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and files

  • Track requests and information

  • Generate reports

Educational Value

The role offers the opportunity to expand knowledge of Salesforce and data entry processes. In addition, student assistants at the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching (CRLT) develop their office and interpersonal skills in a teaching center that is dedicated to the support and advancement of evidence-based learning and teaching practices and the professional development of all members of the campus teaching community. Students have opportunities to network with staff, faculty, and students.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and with a partner/group

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Hourly Rate $15.00/hour
Hours 12.0 to 20.0 hours per week
Time Frame Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer
