This fellow will research best practices around online student service programs including the use of AI technologies, onboarding, and learning resources. What You’ll Do: Research and benchmark AI Tools and technologies in the online student service space Co-create an Online/Hybrid Student Services presentation to showcase as at Student Service Network Review and iterate the online onboarding canvas template and suggest changes Research and suggest key resources for students that can help them be successful as online degree learners Assist in developing an online/hybrid program benchmarking document Present on findings to the Program Management Team.
