Collaborate with the Library Human Resources (HR) and Strategic Planning (SP) Teams to conduct research and create informational reports to inform the Library Onboarding Program. This would involve reviewing and organizing onboarding practices from across the library and U-M, researching best practices related to new employee engagement, belonging and retention, and writing reports that can be used to help review and refine the library onboarding system. Students are also required to complete this library specific application. |
