Job Description |
Builds meaningful relationships with teens while providing clear boundaries and supervision. Maintains the after school drop-in space including the cafe and venue. Assist Program Staff in supporting the drop-in program. Helps with evening/weekend concerts (minimum 2 a month) Engages youth through special projects and individual mentorship to foster a positive community. Support and implement community building initiatives and workshops for the drop-in program. Works with teens to support special projects based on teen interests.

Job Requirements |
Experience with diverse populations of youth, adults, and community groups especially youth of color. Minimum of two years of post high school experience Ability to work 2 days a week and staff a weekend or evening event (2 a month minimum) Ability to fulfill professional responsibilities including:
