The Student Administrative & Program Assistant plays a central role in supporting the Office of Community Impact & Engagement (CIE) and the Collective Impact Committee (CIC). This position provides administrative, marketing, and community engagement support to advance SEAS’s mission. The role ensures that day-to-day office needs are met, events are well supported, and communication with the SEAS community is clear, timely, and valuesdriven. Time Commitment 10–15 hours per week Responsibilities: 40% Administrative & Operations Support Maintain and update SEAS CIE/CIC events calendars and communication platforms. Organize and maintain the CIE and CIC shared Google Drives. Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CIE and CIC. Provide logistical support for events, including room reservations, setup, check-in, cleanup, catering ordering and reconciliation. Support annual reporting by assisting with data entry, organization, and infographics. Provide general in-office support and serve as first-line administrative help for the CIE office. 40% Digital Media & Marketing Serve as the Communications and Marketing Lead for the Collective Impact Committee Develop and maintain one-page CIC overview document for recruitment and visibility Coordinate CIC presence at SEAS-wide events (orientation, forums, open houses) Maintain Impact Tracking Logs (attendance, participation, survey summaries) Edit and Publish the quarterly CIC Newsletter Develop flyers, infographics, and digital invitations for CIE and CIC programs. Support website updates, newsletters, and other community communications. Contribute to marketing strategies to promote Community Conversations, workshops, and other events. Ensure inclusive and accessible design standards are met in communications. 20% Community Engagement Attend CIE Team and CIC meetings, contributing as a student staff voice. Assist with planning and implementing Community Conversations and related programs. Conduct outreach to SEAS students and student organizations to encourage participation. Represent the CIE and CIC offices at SEAS events and gatherings.
