Duties may include: Reception duties, answering the phone, greeting, directing, and assisting visitors Provide support by working in the Donor Alumni and Relationship Tool (DART) to update contact information, research donors, and add interaction notes. (Training in DART will be provided; no experience necessary) Weekly support of LSA Dean’s Letters and letter log General Office Support (mailings, copying, deliveries, and inventory/restocking supplies) Running errands to and from the LSA building (checks, supplies, and other materials) Assisting other LSA Advancement colleagues on tasks and special projects, as required and assigned Attend weekly team meetings Maintain and update the student administrative manual
Job Requirements: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication Exceptional collaboration skills with other team members and staff Computing skills: Google Suite Minimum availability is required for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts, which can be in the morning (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) or afternoon (1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Other shifts can be added depending on class schedule. Potential summer shifts upon future evaluation. Note: This position is expected to be 10-20 hours per week. |
