Love coffee, late afternoons, and the hum of a busy campus café? We’re looking for baristas with closing and weekend availability to join our team inside the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. You’ll help us close out the day strong — crafting drinks, keeping the space running smoothly, and making sure every guest leaves with a good experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Starbucks standards. Assist customers and keep service flowing during the evening rush. Accurately ring up orders, handle cash and card transactions, and follow Aramark cash-handling procedures. Restock, clean, and organize stations to prepare for the next day. Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times. Follow all health, safety, and food-handling guidelines. Support teammates during peak times and help with light food prep as needed. Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Prior barista experience and/or cafe experience is required. Reliable afternoon/evening and weekend availability is required. Comfortable working independently toward close. Able to lift and move light equipment, stand for long periods, and follow recipes accurately. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Must follow required dress code and food safety standards.
