Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Community Outreach Ambassador to help spread the word about new Throne smart restrooms in the community. This is a short-term, field-based role focused on engaging with local restaurants and merchants within a 0.5-mile radius of each Throne.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Go door-to-door to local restaurants and businesses near a Throne to introduce the service.
2) Share printed materials and answer basic questions about Throne.
3) Track outreach efforts and conversations in a simple reporting tool. Report back key themes, questions, and feedback from merchants.
4) Represent Throne in a professional, friendly, and approachable way.
Educational Value

This role provides students with hands-on experience in community engagement, communication, and grassroots outreach within a startup environment. Ambassadors will develop skills in public speaking, relationship-building, and data tracking while representing a Series B company focused on innovative public infrastructure. Students will gain exposure to how startups collaborate with local businesses and municipalities, and will see firsthand how community feedback informs product adoption and growth strategies.
Job Requirements

- Strong communication skills; comfortable talking to people in person.
- Comfortable with walking and the physical requirements of door-to-door outreach.
- Ability to stay organized and record outreach data consistently.
- Reliable transportation to Throne locations.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Hours 4.0 to 7.0 hours per week
Compensation $10.56/hour to $19.10/hour
