Job Description

Position Title: Student Analyst

The Prospect Management Student Analyst will assist the Prospect Management team on a variety of projects, including updating a variety of information on the donor database. Specifically, the Student Analyst will be heavily involved in the portfolio review process, including preparing pre-review materials and processing updates in our CRM online database. This position will also be responsible for fielding inquiries from members of the development community about prospect management procedures, policies, and best
practices via email, as well as the TeamDynamix client support system. The Student Analyst will also run existing reporting tools and assist with audit and data presentation projects.

Educational Value

This position allows the student to develop a sense of ownership over key processes and explore process improvement assignments, as well as develop training materials. This position will focus on increasing technical skills such as website hosting and data visualization/presentation while also offering the opportunity to develop and increase marketing and content generation skills. Ultimately, this position will offer the student the opportunity to explore and develop a variety of technical and consultative skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment.
• Strong computing and technical skills, including familiarity with cloud-based tools, creating and editing process-oriented documents, processing and managing complex spreadsheets, data entry, and adaptability using other applications.

This position is for Spring/Summer with the possibility of extending the position beyond the end of summer.

Hourly Rate $15.00/hour
