Position Summary: The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests during resort functions and special events. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s standards of excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and resort standards.
- Provide courteous, professional food and beverage service during weddings, banquets, meetings, and other events.
- Serve plated meals, buffets, and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
- Break down banquet setups and return equipment and supplies to designated areas.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in compliance with local regulations and resort policies.
- Collaborate with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the resort brand with excellence.
