Energy Design Engineers (EDE) is expanding our sales team and seeking a motivated, bilingual Chinese-speaking Sales Representative to help us grow our advanced lighting, sensor, and Network Lighting Controls (NLC) business. We work with major manufacturing, industrial, and commercial clients to reduce energy waste, improve lighting performance, and modernize facility controls.

What You Will Do:

• Build relationships with Chinese-owned and U.S.-based manufacturers, distributors, and facility leaders.
• Introduce clients to high-efficiency LED fixtures, high-temperature industrial lighting, and our advanced network lighting controls platform.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs, gather project data, and coordinate with our engineering team.
• Promote energy-saving technologies, utility rebate programs, and turnkey installation solutions.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support new accounts and develop long-term customer partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese + strong English communication.
• Sales experience in lighting, controls, electrical, automation, or manufacturing (preferred).
• Ability to talk comfortably with plant managers, owners, engineers, and purchasing teams.
• High integrity, self-motivation, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites.
