The system must complement Salesforce (CAI’s single source of truth), ensuring data integrity while improving visibility, efficiency, and reporting clarity. What You’ll Do: Supporting the Chief Education Solutions Officer (CESO) and Business Development Specialist Senior in optimizing Salesforce launch for partner prospecting and account management. Supporting CESO in creation of sustainable processes and systems to streamline evaluation of product-market fit. Assisting with external partner event planning logistics (e.g., scheduling, calendar invites, platform setup for virtual events). Setting up and managing post-event feedback mechanisms (e.g., survey tools, NPS collection). Compiling and performing preliminary analysis of event feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, identifying key themes and actionable insights. Support execution using Education Solutions team’s Asana architecture Summarized reports of event attendance, engagement, and participant feedback. Suggestions for improving future event experiences based on feedback.
