Location: 317 Maynard St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (75% in-person fellowship experience)

Pay Rate: Undergraduate $17/hr, Master’s $20/hr, Doctoral $23/hr

Job Duration: 10-15 hours/week for the winter semester, with the possibility of extending the fellowship

Who we’re looking for: 

CAI’s Education Solutions team is seeking a fellow to provide technological and project support for a streamlined system that tracks CAI’s partnership pipeline, catalogues fluency milestones, and delivers executive updates. The system must complement Salesforce (CAI’s single source of truth), ensuring data integrity while improving visibility, efficiency, and reporting clarity.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Supporting the Chief Education Solutions Officer (CESO) and Business Development Specialist Senior in optimizing Salesforce launch for partner prospecting and account management.  

  • Supporting CESO in creation of sustainable processes and systems to streamline evaluation of product-market fit. 

  • Assisting with external partner event planning logistics (e.g., scheduling, calendar invites, platform setup for virtual events).

  • Setting up and managing post-event feedback mechanisms (e.g., survey tools, NPS collection).

  • Compiling and performing preliminary analysis of event feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, identifying key themes and actionable insights.

  • Support execution using Education Solutions team’s Asana architecture 

  • Summarized reports of event attendance, engagement, and participant feedback.

  • Suggestions for improving future event experiences based on feedback.

Job Requirements

Student Qualifications:

  • Current U-M Ann Arbor Student

  • Rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred, studying Information Systems, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Interest in learning about business strategy, operations, and partnership development

  • Experience or interest in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools a plus

  • Curious, proactive learner with an interest in improving systems and supporting strategic growth initiatives 

  • Must have an active LinkedIn account and experience using the platform for networking, profile building, or job exploration

Hourly Rate $17.00/hour to $23.00/hour
