How to Apply: Please provide a resume & cover letter when applying for this position Job Responsibilities: Provide marketing support and coordination for the marketing intelligence team within the Ross Office of Marketing & Communications. Support for the marketing intelligence team will focus on marketing research activities and intelligence gathering, benchmarking, and reporting. Other marketing tasks and/or duties will be assigned as needed. Research: 50% Support marketing research activities: - Incentive management, including tracking incentives earned from online studies and submitting requests to the Human Subjects Incentive Program
- Testing surveys or online activities
- Proof-reading (reports, emails, guides, etc.)
- Basic moderating of online qualitative activities
- Coding open-ended responses in surveys
- Collecting and summarizing secondary research information
Intelligence Activities : 50% Support marketing intelligence activities: - Competitive research, benchmarking, and written analysis
- Assist with the data collection and analysis for the monthly marketing executive dashboard
- Assist with SEO activities
- Other duties as assigned
