Primary responsibilities include: • Scheduling appointments for both new and established patients with multiple practitioners – must be able to handle multiple calendars • Answering patient calls and assisting with patient inquiries and questions • Performing check-in and check-out duties such as greeting patients, completing paperwork, and managing patient records • Collecting balances and payments for services • Monitoring the clinic schedule to ensure preparation of all needed materials/documents for the upcoming patient • Educating patients on various services and healing herbs • Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service as well as ensuring patients have an excellent experience • Additional duties, as assigned Qualifications • One (1) year office receptionist experience preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task • Must have strong computing and typing skills and be technology savvy • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor • Accountable • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Team Player |
