Job Description	The Department of Otolaryngology is looking to hire 2-3 student temps as Research Assistants for an industry sponsored hearing aid study. The term of this position is approximately 6-9 months depending on the study needs. This is a part time position (approximately 20 hours/week). Work hours can be daytime or evenings and are remote. Supervision is received from a NeCTO Senior Clinical Research Coordinator. Responsibilities• • Phone calls to patients • Scheduling patient visits • Device shipping and tracking
Educational Value	Experince in a Clinical Research setting as a Research Assistants for an industry sponsored hearing aid study.
Job Requirements	• High School Graduate • Thorough knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft applications • Ability to prioritize, pay close attention to detail, follow-through with tasks, and work as part of a team with medical professionals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with and maintain data in a confidential manner Desired Qualifications: • College student working towards a Bachelor's degree • Knowledge of medical terminology • Knowledge of RedCap
Hourly Rate	$15.00/hour
Hours	10.0 to 20.0 hours per week
Time Frame	Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer
Start Date	Monday, December 15, 2025
End Date	at completion of project.
