Job Description

Students in this position assist staff and faculty in the Executive Administration within the College of Engineering via phone, email, and in-person to diagnose and repair problems with PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices. Provide A/V support for conference rooms throughout the building. This position supports the College of Engineering’s administrative offices, including the Offices of the Dean, Associate Deans, Student Affairs, and Resource Planning and Management. This position requires on-site presence.

Develop skills to support information technology hardware, software, networking, storage, and security in a complex computing environment.

Job Requirements

Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and/or Mac OS X software and hardware. Previous customer service experience. Proficiency in Android and/or iOS a plus

Hourly Rate $15.00/hour to $16.00/hour
Hours 10.0 to 20.0 hours per week
