The Office of the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the University of Michigan is looking for a motivated intern to support our dynamic team in a fast-paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining insight into executive-level operations while maintaining a smooth and organized office space.

Duties Include: Retrieving orders from nearby businesses and buildings; monitoring and managing mailroom pick-up, including distributing packages and mail to appropriate recipients; maintaining kitchen areas by restocking supplies, ensuring cleanliness, and managing daily kitchen tasks; stocking and upkeep of office supplies; completing weekly inventory tracking for office supplies and beverages, keeping stock levels up to date; preform daily cleaning and organization of common office space.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you must have a  “positive, can-do” attitude and be willing to learn and improve upon your current skills. You are proactive and self-starting and eager to assist staff and possess attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to follow instructions. You are comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team. You must be a student at the University of Michigan. A valid driver’s license is required.
