The University of Michigan, School of Nursing (UMSN), Department of Systems, Leadership, and Populations seeks a Research Coordinator who will assist the Principal Investigator (PI) with her work on promoting the health and well-being of nail salon workers. This work opportunity has two major components: - Analysis of individual interviews with nail salon workers regarding their experiences during COVID and current safety practices.
- Development of an online training module on blood-borne pathogen exposure in nail salon work.
***The Research Assistant will (1) become PEERRS certified; (2) code interview data for themes; (3) attend regular study team meetings; (4) conduct literature review to gather evidence to support training module content; (5) assist with community-engaged research activities; and (6) assist with other duties as assigned or required for research projects (6) prepare dissemination reports.
