Responsibilities: 1. Grant Tracking - Ensure online client grant trackers are constantly updated with information provided by Igneous Project Managers. - Organize and create agendas to prepare Project Managers for meetings - Manage submission timelines to meet deadlines 2. Grant Proposal & Report Development - Collaborate with the team to understand project details and funding needs. - Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate our objectives, strategies, and outcomes. - Incorporate technical information accurately and effectively to demonstrate the project's strategy for implementation and impact of requested funding. - Submit proposals into online portals as needed - Assist in the preparation of reports for funders with information provided by organizations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field recommended (English, Communications, Social Sciences, etc.). - Strong technical writing skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to manage workflow effectively, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or other relevant software. - Previous grant writing experience is a plus but not required.
