Assist with day-to-day general lab maintenance: including preparation of glassware, reagents, and inventory management. Will also have the opportunity to assist with basic experiments as needed.
Learn about the general operations of a molecular biology lab, basic laboratory safety, and laboratory maintenance. Opportunities to learn scientific techniques will also be available based on aptitude.
You must be willing to learn new approaches to task management, work well with others, and work safely in the lab. Lab experience is not necessary as training will be provided on-site, but time-management skills are essential.
