Required & Preferred Qualifications: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student Strong interest in innovation, technology, and creative problem-solving Comfortable learning and experimenting with emerging technologies (e.g., VR/AR/XR, digital media tools, AI, data/analytics, or creative software) Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a studio/lab environment Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, and peers Willingness to support events, demonstrations, and hands-on projects Basic technical troubleshooting skills (or willingness to learn quickly) Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-moving innovation space Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with design tools, media production, coding, or prototyping Interest in sport, movement science, or technology-driven education Prior experience in a lab, makerspace, studio, or innovation-focused role |
