Job Description

Cultured Crew Brand Ambassador (Campus + Community Role) Location: University of Michigan / Ann Arbor Compensation: Paid weekly work + monthly product Time Commitment: Flexible, part-time Cultured Kombucha Co. is looking for passionate, community-minded students to join the Cultured Crew — our brand ambassador program rooted in wellness, connection, and real-world experience. As a Cultured Crew Ambassador, you’ll represent our Certified Organic, women-owned kombucha brand both on campus and in local retailers. What You’ll Do Host paid in-store samplings at local retailers (typically weekends Saturday 10:30AM - 1:30PM) Receive monthly shipments of Cultured Kombucha or merch for content creation Support campus activations and pop-ups Have the option to participate in larger events and festivals throughout the year What You’ll Get Paid in-store demo (3-hour sampling events) Monthly product shipments for content + lifestyle use Real experience in brand marketing, wellness education, and community engagement Flexible scheduling that works around your classes Perfect For Students Who Love wellness, food, and community Are comfortable talking to people and sharing product stories Want hands-on brand, marketing, or entrepreneurship experience Interested in Content Creation? We also accept applications for our Cultured Content Creator Program, designed for students who love storytelling, video, and social media. Educational Value

The Cultured Crew Brand Ambassador role provides hands-on experience in brand marketing, consumer education, and community engagement. Students gain real-world exposure to retail operations, experiential marketing, and professional communication while representing a Certified Organic, women-owned food and beverage brand. This role builds transferable skills in public speaking, relationship-building, time management, and content creation—making it especially valuable for students pursuing careers in marketing, business, nutrition, sustainability, communications, or entrepreneurship.
